Restaurant The water skiing restaurant has 3 pleasant terraces overlooking the lake, offering tapas, grills and salads with local products.

Lake Jouarres (45 minutes from Carcassonne)

Near the town of Homps, this artificial lake is surrounded by vineyards, pine trees and hills. A beach has been developed with vast lawns. A bar-restaurant is also located there. In summer, swimming is supervised.
